I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my continued satisfaction with the 'Park at Kensington' in Riverview Florida.
We are one of the several tenants that remained after the buyout from Watermark 6000 community with for over 10 years in the same apartment.
When looking at your website I came across a photograph that displayed a sign 'Your satisfaction is our passion.' This really sums it up for me, and makes it that much easier to ask you recognize several persons in The Park at Kensington community.
Their names are: Office Manager: 'Debbie', Maintenance Manager: 'Joe', Maintenance person 'Jesus'. I do not know their last names as the communication we have established is on a first-name basis. This in itself is ideal.
At one time or another I had to go to Debbie on occasion for issues with the apartment or some issues where some owners where not picking up after their pets, and each time, when she promised something was oging to be done it was, the work was done or scheduled to be done in a timely manner. The facilities are always well taken care of and the peac and harmony in the community is always pleasant.
It is very rare that someone is very satisfied with apartment living as it does have it ups and downs. But as someone who has lived in the same apartment for over 10 years I am extremely happy that you have GOOD, DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, and EXCEPTIONAL employees on your staff.
With this said, Please give them a pat - or if you have implements a recognition program, please feel free to enter all three for a JOB WELL DONE! And please give them a pat on the back for a job well done keeping residence a safe and happy place to live.
